If you’ve read any of my blog posts, you might know I am a digital marketer with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and businesses. But it was a long road to get here.

Right after high school, I decided to go to a Chemical Engineering school. During my college years, I worked as an English teacher as well. And once I was done with school, I started a job as an engineer, which kept me both in an office 60% of the time, and the rest in production plants. 

After a while, I couldn’t honestly say I was passionate about it. The field is definitely amazing on its own. But the long hours and crazy commutes left me with very little time for myself. Nonetheless, I kept on teaching English on the side. However, I knew I needed to make a drastic change in my life, or fully commit.

Not too long after, I was contacted by an entrepreneur who needed help with live translations between himself and his South American team. 

This is how I was later on invited to work with his Marketing team. At the time, they were building their brand new website in WordPress. And suddenly I had been introduced to the Digital Marketing world!

Needless to say, I loved all the digital projects I assisted them with. I thought “Could this be a path for me?”. Undoubtedly, it was. So I quit my job as an engineer, and decided to look for a full-time job in digital marketing.

The question was now “Where do I start?”. Out of sheer luck, I had gained a little of real-world experience. But it definitely was not enough to embark on this journey.

My solution was self-education. I went online and took free Digital Marketing and analytics courses to start. Coding seemed to be of importance as well, so I started studying HTML, CSS, and Javascript. FreeCodeCamp was my main resource. And in less than three months, I was able to get a part-time job in digital marketing! I was ecstatic, to say the least! 

The rest is now history. I transitioned into full-time roles with both digital marketing agencies and in-house marketing departments. Over the years, I gained practical skills with many businesses. Helping them achieve their goals brought me the utmost satisfaction.

All this was only possible with continuous learning. Needless to say, over the years I have taken quite a few online marketing courses to then apply the new techniques to real-world strategies. And to this day, I keep on learning about this fascinating and ever-growing field of digital marketing and data analytics. 

There is no growth without continuous learning and iteration.

I work directly with businesses to strategize the plans that will lead them to achieve their goals. Sharing my expertise has become my main objective.

This is why I created this space. My objective with this site is to help entrepreneurs like myself grow their businesses. 

Generating sales and attracting leads can be daunting with the crazy amount of information online. It can be overwhelming, and as my experience has taught me, business owners and entrepreneurs already have a lot on their plate.

This is why I aim to condense all this information into bite-size pieces. I share ideas that will help you take the right steps on the right path in the right direction.
